Matchday notice

Photography and video may take place at Imperial AC matches, training sessions, trials, presentations and community events.

1. How media may be used

Approved photographs, video and audio may be used for legitimate club communication, including the club website, social media, match reports, archives, sponsorship material, promotional graphics and internal administration.

2. Respectful use

The club aims to use media accurately, respectfully and in a way that does not unfairly harm, embarrass or misrepresent the people shown.

3. Children and junior participants

Extra care must be taken with identifiable children. Where appropriate or required, the club will seek permission from a parent, guardian or other competent person before using a child’s image for promotional purposes. Sensitive personal details about children should not be published.

4. Telling us you do not want to be photographed

Players, parents, guardians, supporters and visitors should tell a club official or photographer as early as possible if they have a safety, privacy or safeguarding reason not to be photographed or filmed. We will take reasonable steps to respect that request.

5. Removal and correction requests

You may ask us to review or remove an image that identifies you or a child in your care. Send the page link, post link or screenshot to 06imperialfc@gmail.com. Removal from club-controlled channels may not remove copies already shared, downloaded, printed or republished by others.

6. Media submitted by others

Anyone providing photos or video to the club confirms that they have the right to share the material and have considered the privacy of identifiable people shown. The club may refuse or remove submitted media.

7. Commercial and partner use

Separate approval should be obtained before a person’s image is used in paid advertising, merchandise or an endorsement that could imply personal support for a product or service.
